His impressive A-list of clients has included Coca-Cola, Nestlé, Kraft, Capital One, and Porter Airlines to name a few. In addition to improving the talent within the organization, Sean uncovered and pursued initiatives to increase productivity 50%, reduce storage needs by 50%, and save $1M over three years.
Previously, Sean was Director, Technology with Organic Inc. a leading marketing agency. In 2010, Sean helped his client, Nike Canada exceed its marketing targets by 52% during the winter Olympics of that year. Even though Nike was not an official sponsor and was unable to use Olympic assets, Sean created a campaign featuring a “Twitter River” that captured and maintained 2,000 connections / minute for hours. This campaign garnered national media attention for his client (Nike) and acclaim for his innovative use of social media.
This was not the first time Sean’s innovation was recognized by others. In 2007, Sean joined the team at Nurun Inc. as their Project Director. He immediately went to work and streamlined the organization, which saw him exceed revenue targets by $400K and secure over $2.1M in revenue. During his time as Project Director, Sean implemented two content management system (CMS) installations for his clients that generated cost savings in excess of $2M.
Having spent the previous four years with Aeroplan LLP, first as their eBusiness Operations Manager then as their Web Development Manager in 2006, Sean helped establish and grow Canada’s #1 online loyalty program. He led his team of developers to build an award-winning, profitable web site that represented 50% of all revenue for the corporation. Always looking to improve efficiencies, Sean saved the organization over $250K spearheading a CMS project that standardized processes across the company’s multiple business verticals.
Before excelling in his current career as an information technology executive, Sean had a successful career as a professional musician. He performed in front of crowds large and small on 5 continents and toured with professional entertainers like Joe Cocker, Bob Seger, Phyllis Diller, Howie Mandel, and Procol Harum.
